The Holtzapple/ Neal Properties Group, Inc. is a company that has over 40 years of combined experience in residential and light commercial real estate in the Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend and Montgomery County areas. The owners are Ray Holtzapple and Mary Dee Neal, husband and wife, and are both licensed real estate Brokers. We specialize in the marketing of homes for sale in the Inner Loop, Medical Center, close in Memorial, West University and River Oaks areas. In addition, HN Properties successfully meets client’s needs in purchasing/ leasing of new and resale homes in the Metro Houston area, surrounding counties and including the Downtown/ High-rise markets.

Our real estate services are comprehensive in nature. We believe in having well informed clients, and through this website we provide access to over 50,000 listings in four counties in conjunction with the premier MLS site of HAR.   • Clients are asked to provide the Top 10 features desired in their new residence. Be it short term rental or purchase of new construction or a resale home. We use a very effective Relocation Plan Development Questionnaire to start the process.
  • We assist in getting them to one or more lending sources that know the Houston market and have established themselves as most competent in aggressively sourcing lowest current-market rates with terms and conditions that meet the client’s financial capabilities. This activity is usually started within 24 hours of the return of the relocation questionnaire by the client.
  • With the use of our online WEB based computer search capabilities, we work with each client to make their house hunting experience both fun and efficient.
  • Prior to the initial house hunting trip, we discuss the general aspects of real estate purchasing in Texas and the customs in the Houston area. We realize each experience level is different and want the client to feel comfortable with how business is conducted in their new town.
  • During their initial house hunting trip we tour them around Houston and introduce them to neighborhoods that meet their Top 10 needs.
  • We focus on each family needs for everyday activities such as the employee’s commute, spouse’s job requirements, and children’s school and the families lifestyle desires.
